Zendaya’s clothing line Daya by Zendaya has been having some major issues that Zendaya now spoken out on. Customers had been placing orders and not hearing back–or receiving their packages–for months at a time. Shoppers attempted to contact customer service and when they didn’t get a response, vented their frustrations on Twitter instead.

Zendaya appealed to customers on Daya by Zendaya’s Instagram, saying that because of the mess-up, she has cut ties with the company that was running the brand and will be taking charge herself.
